Changelog #2: Making Deliverables Smarter
Nov 14, 2025
Our early November release continued building our vision of a connected workspace for advisors by building our initial connections between Sensemaking and Deliverables.
Until now, Deliverables has been an empty canvas. We provided a few building blocks for formatting and inserting Business Factors, but this is the first release where we’re adding an AI layer on top of the canvas.
Find that, along with several quality of life upgrades, in this latest round of updates.
Looking towards the month ahead, our primary focus is on increasing collaboration amongst members of the exit team. Look for initial collaborative functionality in early November.
🔎 Fact Finding
Autosave for Fact Finding
Previously, each question in Fact Finding required you to hit “Submit” for every answer. A small detail, but tedious and easy to miss. With this update, we now autosave each question and collapse it from view so you can continue answering remaining questions without losing your flow.
🧠 Sensemaking
AI-Generated Business Factor Summaries
Our AI Sensemaking layer now automatically generates summaries for your business factors, helping you quickly understand key insights and patterns across your client's business without having to open a business factor and read through all the answers manually. This can be viewed everywhere you see Business Factors, including your dashboard.
Business Factor Context Selector

You can now select a specific business factor when starting a new conversation in Sensemaking. This lets you dive deeper into that particular area or narrow the conversation to only the documents and questions within that category.
Minor Improvements
We’ve added enhanced error handling for chat messages, providing clearer feedback when issues occur
📝 Deliverables
AI-Powered Deliverables Editor

We've introduced a suite of AI “blocks” directly in the Deliverables editor, making it easier to start building out the blank canvas. You can now leverage context from Sensemaking while crafting your deliverables, bringing all the information about client client directly into the editor.
Fact-Finding in Deliverables

In preparation for our collaborative Exit Team functionality, we’ve added “question blocks” into the Deliverables editor. You can now embed individual questions from Fact Finding directly into your deliverable—perfect for sending out a pre-meeting worksheet to your clients, complete with an agenda and spaces for documents to be uploaded.
Since these are questions from your existing Fact Finding guide, anything that gets uploaded or answered becomes available in the contextual Sensemaking layer of ELLA, meaning you can chat with the documents your client upload, even before your first meeting.
You can use this functionality now (we encourage you to test it out and let us know what you think!), but the real magic will happen when we launch collaboration next month.
Additional Improvements
Improved PDF export preview for better quality control before sharing with clients
🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements
Increased responsiveness when navigating between clients and updating owners
We’ve made a few low-level changes to how data is updated and loaded when navigating between clients, opening and closing modals, and updating information about owners. These actions should now be much more responsive, along with clearer handling of error states.
Other improvements
Improved error messaging for owner name validation for existing clients. You'll now see more specific feedback if information is missing or invalid when adding an owner.
When switching between clients, you so longer see the previous client’s data while the new client’s data loads.
Fixed issue where the archived workspace banner was always visible
Correct list of owners now shown after deleting an owner
